Shipping and installation services depend on the destination, project requirements and the agreed scope. Availability, logistics, handover responsibilities and any related fees should be set out in the project quotation or contract.

Prices and payment milestones should be confirmed in an official written quotation or contract, including the currency, included services, applicable taxes, delivery terms and any variation process.

Please document the issue with photographs, the relevant order or project reference, and a description of the concern. The applicable inspection, remedy and warranty arrangements will depend on the signed agreement and any mandatory legal rights.
